Who We Are

FlippingCity was founded in 2021 in response to a growing demand for Turnkey and rent-ready properties in the Memphis, TN area. Memphis has and always will be a working-class city with a consistent demand for rental properties.

An ongoing challenge for residents of Memphis is finding high quality rental homes at an affordable price.

The challenge shared among investors is finding available cash-flowing inventory in today’s competitive real estate market.

FlippingCity’s goal is to help find a solution for both the Memphis rental population and investors looking to add to their passive income portfolios.
